Technical Support

Login and Accounts
To create an account on YoliLearn, click "Sign Up" in the top right corner, fill in your personal information (name, email, password), and submit. You will receive a confirmation email.
To log in as a learner, go to the Login page, enter your email address and password, and then select "Learner" mode.
If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to you by email.
Instructors
Create an account, enable the "Instructor" option in your profile, and submit your first course for approval.
You can set the price using the course creation form. YoliLearn recommends an optimal price based on your content and duration.
Payments and invoicing
YoliLearn accepts payments by credit/debit card, mobile money (Orange Money, MTN, Moov) and Djamo.
An invoice is generated automatically after each purchase. You can download it from your Order History.
Use of the Platform
To purchase a course, go to the course page, click ‘Add to basket’, then complete your payment using one of the available methods.

From your profile, click on "Switch to learner mode".

Once payment has been made, your courses will be available in the ‘My Courses’ section, where you can work through them at your own pace.
